Dearest Friends & Family
As a personal trainer, nothing gives me more joy than helping people achieve a higher level of physical and mental strength.
This coming October, I'll have the opportunity to help those with physical and visual disabilities achieve such strength. I’ll be running the 2015 Chicago Marathon in support of GLASA (Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association) – an amazing organization that empowers disabled youth and adults by giving them access to fitness and recreational and competitive sports.
Many of you have heard me say, "It's only a WRKOUT." But this time it's different.
These 26.2 miles are our chance to give strength to those who need it most.
So whether it's dimes or dollars, please support me and Team WRKNYC as we share our strength with those who need it the most!
