Description

For competition or conditioning, train with Jim Greco, National Strength & Conditioning Association certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified Paralympic powerlifting coach, and previously ranked U.S. Top 20 powerlifter in the super heavyweight class.
Who: Teens and adults with physical or visual disability. Ages 13+ Eligibility: Anyone who is physically or visually disabled is eligible to participate.
When: Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 PM September 20, 2018 - December 13, 2018 No practice November 22 Where: GLASA Office 7864 Irma Lee Circle, Unit 101 Lake Forest, IL 60045
