Description

Saturday Swim is a learn to swim program as well as an opportunity for workouts for the experienced swimmer.

Who: Youth, teens and adults with a physical or visual disability

Eligibility for Swim Team: Individual must be able to swim one lap with a recognizable stroke.

GLASA works with Illinois Swimming and ISHA for integration of swimmers into club & school programs.

Date: Saturdays

January 19th - June 29th

No practice on 2/16, 3/9, 3/30, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/28, 6/15

Time: 1:00-4:00pm

*45-minute time slots will be assigned to each athlete
