Outdoor Yoga

Join Yoga Instructor Areta Verschoor for an hour long adaptive yoga class.  Participants are encouraged to bring a family member or friend to assist with getting into certain movements as Areta and GLASA staff will be keeping 6+ feet of social distance.  All participants will need to bring their own yoga mat and wear a face mask.  Additional information on guidelines to follow will be sent out to registrants prior to each session.
